Presentation

Graphics in X Marks the Spot Slots are average, but they clearly tried hard. You can tell the art is a bit off on most all of the characters, and some things manage to stick out like a sore thumb due to their completely different background, but it has enough personality to be very charming despite all that. The colors are all vivid and nice, the graphics are well done, and the backgrounds and UI fit together nicely to make something that will never hurt your eyes enough to take one out and wear an eye patch over it.

Mechanics

Gameplay in X Marks the Spot Slots is where they clearly spent their money. Featuring the usual 5 reels and 20 pay lines, this slot takes the classic formula and makes it high rolling with payout and chances for all that gold. Bets go from a penny to $10, making X Marks the Spot Slots on the higher end of the slot market.
